Adderall has me down to 125 from around 133 we are so up

Its crazy bc my adhd when im medicated gives me the focus to plan how to eat right but gives me the appetite suppression to disregard that like oof

I’m a year clean i just got my adhd diagnosis and my adderall script and im so excited to have treatment and also so scared to dance with the devil that is appetite suppression but i am really going to do my best to eat healthy and stay on track because i cant go back and i cant lose access to my meds either i worked so hard to get here
