ever since i was a little girl i knew i wanted to be dead

i know i am a weak person because every time something feels too hard i immediately think of killing myself to escape

i think people really under sell the physical side effects of mental health disorders sometimes. like sure the depression and anxiety may be 'just in your head' but when what's in your head happens to disrupts your sleep schedule and prevent you from going outside regularly and eating consistent meals and exercising and generally taking care of your body. well it sure takes its toll huh.

I’m tired of barely surviving in this world and it’s becoming less and less appealing to keep hanging on

"fake it till you make it" but it's been years and it's only gotten worse

when I forget to stay busy for one second and suddenly I get a wave of everything that has ever hurt me.
