3 x 10 80lb squat 5 x 5 70lb bench press 5 x 5 80lb barbell row 3 x 60sec planks And beat up the punching bag a bit.. my form is awful and i cant throw a decent punch worth shit. Rly wish i had someone to help me with this stuff
Ive been taking it really easy in general with lifting because im super uncertain about what my work schedule is going to be like and im not much good at work when im totally wrecked
