LEVERET GAY MAN: A sexuality flag exclusively intended at Chinese queer men.
The term Leveret refers to a year old hare, and is the form Tu-er Shen, the Chinese god of homosexual love, appeared in, in his folklore. The colors of the flag are loosely taken from one depiction of him. Here you can find the depiction, as well as more information about his history.
The flag follows a similar layout to other animal inspired gay flags, such as that of the Bear flag.
This term is exclusive for Chinese Homosexuals. “Trans Race” individuals are not permitted to use this. This is also a flag for any man who experiences attraction to other men, regardless of any other attraction (EG. Bisexual men may use this flag)
I am permissive of m-spec/contradictory labels being used alongside my terms.
