“So what does that make you? My guardian android?” Nappa scoffed with a hint of doubt there in his gruff voice. Years spent in Hell after Vegeta’s betrayal made him inclined to be skeptical of Android 21′s intentions, but logically her words made sense. This was the part of her that was morally “good” after all. He had spent enough time as a reluctant ally to know what her general personality was like. 

“If Kakarrot and his friends sent you to keep tabs on me, you can tell ‘em I’m not gonna run around destroying the planet! That’s not how I’m going get my revenge against him and Vegeta. If anything, that’d ruin my chances! Until that day comes, this planet is safe from being destroyed by my hands. Got it? Or do I have to explain myself some more?”

Her hand raises to    her  mouth  to  hide  the  smile  and  stifle  the LITTLE  GIGGLE   she  almost  has  toward  the  mention  of  being  a  “ guardian  android. ”  Who  knew  Nappa   could be   such  a  comedian?  Well. . .  She  found  it  pretty  amusing  at  least.   It   PLEASES  HER  to  know  that  he  doesn’t  plan  on  going  haywire  any  time  soon  either.  She  guesses  after  meeting Goku  and  especially  Vegeta  she  has  hopes  for  him.  Maybe  she  was  too kind  hearted  but  she  thinks  most  of  these  warriors  deserved  a  second  chance. 

     “Yes, well… Gero certainly wasn’t going for something good-natured, or moral, with me.” He couldn’t stand this, the utter abomination that stood before him was here giving an expression that could only be perceived as harsh judgment. Who was she to do so?! Bitterly he thought, and kept those magenta eyes locked onto her lighter irises, while finally making a motion to step closer.      “You know… I can’t wrap my finger as to why he made you the way he did… Your ability to turn things into treats is juvenile. There’s no real challenge in an ability like that. Why even fight others, when you can simply turn them into chocolate? It’s a rather boring end to a conflict, I’d say. Too easy.” | @candycruel​ |

  ❝  Suffice  it  to  say,  he  wasn’t  going  for  those  things  with  any  of  us  “ Androids ” ❞  

As terrible as it    were  that  was  something  she  could  be  TOTALLY  CONFIDENT  about  although  she  still  didn’t  know  why  exactly  it  pained  her  heart  to  think  such  a thing.  The  innate  goodness  inside  of  her?  Or  something  more?  She  HAD  DISCOVERED   that  17  and  18  were  humans  before  they  had  been  turned  and  that  she  was  too.  Her own  recreation  made  her  feel  less  discontent  but  when  it  came  to  the  other  two  she   FELT  SADNESS   and  anger.  They  were  just  kids,  rebellious  teenagers  abducted  or  lured  off  the  streets  and  used  as  lab rats.  

And  then  there  was  Cell.  She  didn’t  think  of  him  exactly  as   AN  ABOMINATION   even  if  that  title  was  as  suited  to  him  as  it  were  to  her.  She  preferred  to look  at  the  positives  and  after all  she  was  a  scientist  herself.  To  her  he  was  a  bio-engineering  marvel,  AN  ASTONISHING  accomplishment  in  the  studies  of  artificial  life.  A  smile  graces  her  cotton candy  lips  as  he  speaks  regardless  of  his  aim  to  insult  her.  

❝  Thats  the  Saiyan  in  you  talking,  but  you  should  know  as  well  as  I  do  that   Dr.  Gero  was  hardly  intending  for  good  and  fair  fight.  All  of  us  androids  were  meant  to  overwhelm  and  destroy  our  opponents  as quickly  as  possible  and  through  any  means  necessary.  Whether  it  be  stealing  their  own  energy  directly  or  stealing  the  energy  of  others  to  do  it,  we  were  all  created  with  one goal  in  mind.  ❞  

Anywhere else this might    have  been  just  the  downright   WEIRDEST  THING   ever  to  happen  but  for  21  it  was  merely  a  mild  interest,  watching curiously  as  the  little  reindeer  like  creature  comes  to  land  before  her.  He   DEFINITELY  WASN’T  one  of  the  Z  fighters  or  anyone  she  had  met  before  but  strangely  enough  he  addressed  her  as  if  she  should have  known  him. 

❝ Uhh,  an  autograph?  Are  you  a  big  celebrity  of  some  kind? ❞

“Yeah, I am.” For a race that was apparently what they called “endangered” a lot of people seem to know of them. Hell even he wasn’t sure what being a Saiyan really meant and sometimes he couldn’t even buy all these amazing things he could apparently naturally be capable of. Hell, he had no idea until witnessing a fight prior that his own tail was a weakness. 

Ah, he forgot to introduce himself, “I’m Shallot, by the way.” He paused, would it hurt to ask–?

“Hey, have you see a fat piece of lard anywhere? He calls himself 19.” 

It was the few   powerful  Saiyans  who  still  existed  that  made THEIR  RACE   so  well  known  even  when  dwindling  as  it  were.   21  would  have  liked  to  collect data  on  other  species  across  the  galaxy  as  what  Gero  had  collected  was  rather  limited  to  DNA  and  some  BATTLE  SPECS.   She  wanted  to  know  even  more,  to  study  on  a  deeper  level.  In  some  way  she thought  it  was  rather  silly  to  go  ahead  and  splice  the  DNA  of  so  many  creatures  together  when  you  knew  SO  LITTLE   about  them.  That  was  likely  why  her  cells  had  a  habit  of  going  berserk  and  her  with  little  way  TO  ISOLATE  and  stop  the  problem  she  faced  but  oh  well.

“Now, what do we have here? Who might you be?” For once the Assassin was curious. This was rare. He usually wasn’t, but he had never seen this person on Universe 7 before. What had happened in the time it had been since his last visit here? What had he missed?

She takes meeting new   and  interesting  faces  to  be  a  lot   OF  FUN   and  this  guy  in  particular  is  fascinating  with  a  skin  colour  as  unusual  as  her  own.  Now  that  wasn’t something  you  saw  every  day  and  this  she  knew  that  for  A  FACT.

“…?! I-its YOU!” Nappa was surprised to find himself face-to-face with Android 21 again after her evil self was put to an end. The Good 21 allied herself with the “good guys” and the “bad guys” to form a truce long enough to defeat their common enemy. After the waves that suppressed everyone’s powers dissipated, there was a free-for-all battle between the villains and the heroes whom they held grudges against. By the end of it, the elder Saiyan warrior was given a choice to keep fighting to his death, or to walk away. Though it wounded his pride, Nappa chose to live to recover and grow stronger so he could fight Kakarrot and Vegeta another day. 

Composing himself after the initial surprise, Nappa glowered at 21 defensively, but didn’t get into his battle stance just yet. “Look, there’s a part of me that’s grateful that I got wished back to life by you, but that doesn’t mean I’m just gonna let you eat me or kill me without putting up a fight!”  

Certainly she had cased      a  whole  lot  of  trouble  by  riving  all  of   THOSE  WARRIORS  and  she  had  learned  from  the  Z  fighters  that  many  of  the  ones  brought  back  were villains  who  posed  a  threat  to  their  world.  Some  had  already  been  dealt  with  but  others  were  STILL  ROAMING   freely.  In  the  hopes  of  making  it  up  to  her  new  friends  she  decided  she  would  help  in  the search  to  find  the  rogue  villains  and ━  if  need  be ━  put  them  back  in  their  place.  SO  FAR   things  had  been  quite  peaceful,  leading  anyone  to  believe  that  perhaps  those  who  walked  free  had really  decided  to  change  for  the  better  but  given  some  of  their  natures  check-ups  wouldn’t   GO  ASTRAY.  It  didn’t  take  her  very  long  to  find  one  of  them.  A  Saiyan  warrior  who  went  by  Nappa.  She  lands  before  him  gracefully  although  she  can’t  say  she  anticipated HIS  REACTION.  He  thought  she  wanted  to  eat  him ?  Well  it  wasn’t  as  though  it  were  an  irrational thought  now,  was  it ?  Her  hands  raise  in  surprise  and  a  gesture  that  says  she  means NO  HARM   ❝  No━  no  its  nothing  like  that,  I’m  not  here  to  eat  you,  I  promise !  ❞

    “Yes, that’s right… It seems like he has secrets that even I didn’t know of. The fact that you were so hidden for this long is remarkable.” He gave the woman a long look-over, his gaze narrowing with disgust, and his arms folded tighter across his chest. “Who cares, anyway?? The old fool is dead, and I’m annoyed that it wasn’t from my own power. He deserved it for creating someone like you.” | @candycruel· |

 Unlike the other’s 21    has  met  she  can  tell  Cell  is  not  good  OR  KIND.   Even  in  casual  conversation  he  condescends  to  her  in  a  way  that  makes  some  part  of  her  deep inside  want  to  laugh.  A  green  SPOTTED  MONSTER   as  he  were,  but  on the  outside  she  regards  him  with  as  pleasant  of  a  demeanour  as  she  can  muster  around someone  she  knows  would  wish  her  harm. 

Heads turns at the oddly familiar voice only to lay eyes on the other curiously, “21? Excuse me for skipping over the pleasantries but what are you exactly doing here?”

❝  This  is  going  to  sound  silly  but  I’m  looking  for  fresh  ingredients  to  prepare  a  cake.  I  was  told  shop  brought  goods  weren't  near  as  tasty  as the  real,  all  organic  deal  that  you  can  find  in  the  wilderness. ❞  

“I thought Dr. Gero’s laboratory was destroyed completely along with any other plans come into action. Is there a back up laboratory we’ve missed? How is it even possible? Does this mean…….NO WAY!”

 ❝ Though  I  can’t  say  I  know  him  very  well,  I  can  say  it  is  smart  to  have  a  back  up  laboratory  or  two,  so  that  would  be  my  best  bet.  I   would   even   say   he   has   labs   all   over   the   world   you're   unware   of ━   Uh━ is  something  wrong ?  ❞

❛ She really is. Even though I don’t live at home anymore, whenever I visit & she always gives me some homemade food to take home. Though if you want, I’m sure you could come by & visit, one thing mom loves more than anything is cooking. I mean she even grows her own vegetables in the field behind the house. ❜
