a few different wips of my main d&d character, pandora! she has recently become a goddess, “pan”. she’s the goddess of the forgotten, and her main followers are the skeletons! our campaign takes place in a steampunk-esque world- she used to be a plane technician, then became an ace pilot!
she became a goddess by accident-she saved the life of a skeleton, who in gratitude attempted to burn her name into his arm so he wouldn’t forget her (skeletons in our game have notoriously poor memory as they don’t have brains). but he forgot her name partway through and only managed to write “pan.” then he returned to the rest of the skeleton clan, where he began to preach of her goodness and glory and it caused all of the skeletons to begin worshiping “the goddess pan.” it was literally an “i believe in fairies!” situation! she eventually found out when weird magic started to happen to her and finally word of mouth caught up to her.
she’s a badass and i love her so much! our original campaign started in 2024, and we finished late last year before starting a new campaign set about 20 years in the future and i’ve been able to continue playing her as the goddess! she’s the first d&d character i’ve ever felt really connected to playing and understanding.
the flowers around her head are forget-me-nots and her outfit color scheme reflects that! :D
