A year ago, I was home and so was my mama. I needed to feel home today. And so I drove 89 miles for a taste of it. Tomorrow marks the day I hugged my mama for the last time, thinking I'd see her again Thanksgiving break. She passed three days before I was scheduled to come home. Time is filled with swift transition. Sometimes, we need it to slow down for just a little bit- if for no other reason than to remember good times. Today, I wanted to remember Sundays spent eating Bojangles with my mama. 💕

So with this game, I'd say these three best describe me. I'm the spoiled, ratchet homegirl. 😂😂

Chile...my classmates have the most to say about drones, marriage equality, Israel and Christian persecution in the Middle East but never have anything to say when Black folk get shot down by their cousins. Baffling.
