When We Were Young Special collaborative commission for @tibberrs and his music video I assisted with for him! For a lil bit of lore on this art piece, I wanted this to be something that reflects the Prototype and Poppy and their complicated relationship. Both have their own conflicting sides; One sees the dedication on replicating something impossible, while the other seeks only to stop it through justice. And yet, they only have each other through their circumstances on immortality...and infinity is lonely. They miss the past, when things were simple, but now they can only deal with the present. Hey guys, it’s me again, back with another post regarding to the ongoing aging / shipping controversy in the Poppy Playtime community/fandom.

A few of the artists/writers part of the PPT community have come to me asking for help regarding BatStreak, who seems to continue attacking and sending her followers to harass, bully, and threaten those she deems as “predators” (basically acting as a judge, jury, and executioner). As much as I would love to help everyone, unfortunately I cannot. The best I can do is make posts, but I can’t contact her (she blocked me) nor contact Mob to do anything about the situation. You can go and defend yourself (you have the right to), but unfortunately that won’t stop the oncoming horde that is BatStreak and her followers (and anyone like her). I know that the accusations are very serious and can cause severe real-time consequences and damage, but there’s not much you can do aside from just blocking, ignoring, moving on, and being with the people that support you. It’s clear that engaging gives her and others like her ammunition.

Now I have been aware that someone within Mob Entertainment stated on Discord that the toys are adults. So basically from what I’m told, she said the same thing as the original creator Isaac said, except she didn’t retract anything. But basically, the toys aren’t canonically children forever; they age mentally (though in a severely traumatic way)—not fully adult or child.

Now, I don’t know who the person is or where the alleged screenshots are, but if true, then it proves that not everyone at Mob Entertainment has the same belief system, meaning not everyone there believes that the toys are children forever. I blame the supposed ‘fans’ who love to act like the morality police and think they’re holier than thou as well as Mob Entertainment for being cowards for not stating anything publicly or in game for creating such a hostile environment for everyone.

And you have to be a very questionable individual to assume that almost everything equates to a child because that is not normal and certainly not a healthy mindset, plus it’s just overall suspicious, offensive, infantilizing, and smells like projection.

And the fact that Batstreak along with many others like her block and delete comments from everyone trying to correct or stop her, including those who are minors themselves as well as those who were groomed, SA, and bullied proves that it has nothing to do with protecting children and that these people do not care about the principle of innocent until proven guilty nor about people’s mental health and wellbeing. It’s very clear to me that she’s doing this out of nefarious motives and that really disgusts me.

Falsely accusing people as well as LYING about them doing something when they’re clearly not and who are clearly against predators or were victims of predators themselves of something so serious without any evidence whatsoever just because their headcanons, AUs, or beliefs differ from yours is not only disgusting but will get someone seriously hurt or worse. This whole situation is becoming very worrisome and Mob Entertainment is going to get dragged into it if something very serious happens to someone.

So, with all of that being said, you have the right to defend yourself, but when dealing with someone like her, I highly recommend just blocking, ignoring, moving on, being with the people that support you, and not engaging because that’s what they want—attention and ammunition. It sucks and I know it even sucks to be blocked and accused by people you love, supported and look up to, but that’s just how it is. And if you’re someone new who loves Poppy Playtime and is considering joining the fandom, I would highly recommend that you don’t, especially if you’re a child because if they can do this to adults, then they can most definitely do this to a child who believes that the toys are adults. In fact, you don’t need to join a fandom or community to enjoy something and meet other like-minded fans. I know it sucks to hear this, but trust me, for your sanity and wellbeing, it’s for the best. This fandom is just as bad as The Amazing Digital Circus and other similar fandoms and communities. It’s just not worth it in my opinion.

Solar ain't a cinnamon roll. He's just a man who has his proprieties straight. The highest on his list is making sure Jack has a safe place to call home.

But trust on one thing. Once Solar and Eclipse are officially proclaim a couple. Eclipse will be surprised on how high Solar's libido is.

Funfact: It took Solar 2 weeks staying at Eclipse's House to realize he actually had romantic feelings for Eclipse. Bro, just chose to never act on it cause he doesn't want to ruin a good thing they have going on.

Eclipse, however, took several months to realize he also had romantic feelings towards Solar. But Eclipse refuse to acknowledge his emotions and tries to continue life like nothing happened.
