05.02.2016 || Katey at Balboa Park I am in San Diego for the week visiting my soul sister/college roommate and my heart could not be happier. _

04.27.2016 || Sophia + Steven A couple of weeks ago I had the privilege of photographing the love that my sweet sister and her boyfriend, Steven, share. Their story has been a long time in the making - since the two of them met in high school with one heart crushing and one heart wild. It is with a warm heart that I share these photos. They symbolize a comfort and peace that is understood by only those who share vulnerable hearts.  _

January Lessons My 20s are confusing. They hurt. They are fun. They are teaching me a lot.  Instead of resolutions in 2016, I have chosen to catalog the lessons I learn along the way. Perhaps they will bring me insight by the end, but maybe they wont. Maybe they will bring something greater. Either way, I want to remember this time in my life.  _

11.26.2015 || Thanksgiving with Jenny This Thanksgiving was spent with a person so dear to me. Four months ago, I moved into a new apartment, in a new city, all by myself. Within hours of moving in, my neighbor two doors down came to introduce herself... and also brought me fresh baked blackberry cobbler. I knew from the instant we met that she was someone so special. Since then, we have spent countless nights laughing, cooking, talking, worshipping and growing this friendship.  This week she left for a conference in South Africa and, cheesy as it sounds, this is the first time we will have been apart since meeting. My nights don’t feel the same without her to say hi to and talk to about my day, but luckily her trip won’t last forever! I cherish my home and the comfort of her friendship.  _
