writing down your shower thoughts is a slippery slope to journaling. they don’t want to to know this because journaling will vastly improve your life.

I am exmormon. The ‘church’ encourages keeping a daily journal for posterity. How awfully boring! That’s way too much pressure to put on a child! No wonder I avoided journaling for so long, it was spite.
