horrid biological father in my life -> my mother wants to leave him for the safety of my siblings and i, but will be put in an equally unsafe position if she pisses him off -> my future step father comes into her life. woos her. she sees him as protection for her children, so she marries him almost immediately to get my bio dad off our back -> bio dad tries to kill stepdad -> it doesnt work -> stepfather becomes increasingly violent towards us as time goes on -> my mom is trapped in a financial situation that means we rely on him to survive. this is likely by design on his part. -> mother dies (too passive of language for me personally). now we are stuck with the stepfather as our only parent -> stepfather gets in touch with his rich ex a year and a half after my mother's passing. he moves out to live with her and leaves my mother's home to us, "very graciously", as if it wasnt our home first and he has no actual right to it anyway -> i piss him off over the phone (very easy to do. not intentional), and he threatens to evict all of us and sell the land, rendering us homeless -> i learn days later that he has no legal power to do that, but he doesnt actually realize this. -> biological father will soon learn my stepfather has moved out and theres nothing stopping him from reaching us & he knows our address -> present day. we are in limbo. lets see what happens.
