2018 Product Roadmap

2018 is here and we couldn’t be more excited over here at Callroom.co. Already this year we’ve launched our new site, added fax lines, and stepped up our customer service game. And we’re just getting started.

Here's a look at what's at the top of our 2018 Roadmap:

Live Call Dashboard

A live call dashboard would give users the ability to manage their conference calls from within the web app. Features would include caller id lookups, to see who's on the call, and the ability to mute or remove callers from the conversation.

Web Client

A web client would give your callers the option of connecting to the conference using their web browser, instead of dialing in via telephone. We're very excited about this feature providing greater accessibility and cost savings.

These features should be available mid 2018. Stay tuned for more updates.
