After playing Deltaruna chapter 5 and seeing pieces of the weird route and snowgrave route i have three theories for chapter 6:

1. Papyrus will be in chapter 6
2. Sans and Papyrus ara from Deltarune
3. Sans and Papyrus in Undertale arrived from from Deltarune Weird Route.
In the weird route ending in chapter 5, the game will continue in chapter 7.
If Papyrus appears in chapter 6, in the weird route Papyrus will not meet a human, thing that is said in Undertale.
In the two routes, Sans makes Susie draw the "Don't Forget" card that we find in his lab in Undertale.
My idea is that when the weird route ends (With the end of the world as in Undertake Genicide Route) Sans and Papyrus will manage to scape to Undertale world. In the normal route, we will meet Papyrus and will have more plot relevance (i hope).
Mabye this are the thoughts of a madman who is too desperate to see Papyrus in Deltarune and this theory is proved wrong in the next chapter but heyy... It was funny to write.
