before yesterday's incident and after i told my friends about the whole police situation (by that i mean i just vaguely mentioned it lol) they just straight up ignored it which i guess i wouldnt know what to say either, but after that its like i cannot fucking talk to them because ive been getting close to nothing back ;is this because they think im some sort of lawbreaker now and dont want to be around me because im some sort of liability??????? ???what the actual fuck i hate this so much why did i even have to go there in the first place i hate everything they probably want me locked up and away from people

the hospital I went to for (bare bones) consultation has a convenience store I always buy dinner from after class, it's a little glass walled corner shop. when I first went there the cashiers were quite cold and didn't really greet people (just culture here I guess, I don't blame them they're probably tired too) but after trying to be friendlier with them they also started to reciprocate a bit of it, which was nice

when the cops approached me yesterday, it was outside the store and I'm pretty sure the staff saw. the old couple that reported me also offered to pay for my meal when I was going to buy it, although it's hard to focus on the kind gesture when officers are literally right behind you in line

earlier today I bumped into a doctor I had consulted an hour ago outside that store and she had some things to let me know. it wasn't anything big but I did notice the staff were staring at me through the door. I hope they're not worried I'm a criminal

thank you. i got back about two hours ago, they just wanted to ask me some very basic questions but on the phone they made it sound like i was going to prison. "you have a choice to either come now or police will be dispatched to your house" surely isnt very threatening!

all that aside im surprised i was able to go alone. i was probably not very conscious mentally(which works in my favor i suppose) since it's quite a walk from my location to the station + i had to make up a lie to even go outside. my family knows nothing. they just think i walked all the way to the mall to get a chocolate chip frappe. all circumstances considered, i think that went well

the questioning wasnt that bad mainly because i was rotating a fish in my head while doing it + i got distracted by a garfield keychain on the shelf. man i love garfield. dont know why they had me all worked up for essentially a nothingburger

i dont even know how to process this, or if i even will but it's. an experience. i guess

they called me. I need to go do a statement. I fucking hate it here
