The Faerie smiles, somehow more honest than the king he serves, yet also barely scratching the surface, much like a glassy pool of water. "Very few things in the human world intrigue me, as I would rather interact with the natural world... but those performances in particular, are fascinating."
//I hadn't meant to be gone for so long without replies, but... the "updates" on my computer are a pain to handle... but I'll try and return some replies tomorrow, well, later today.
Really wish I could add some characters from the otome game to my muse list, but the game seems to be kinda adverse to really fleshing out most of them in a way that makes it easier to do so.
Really kinda funny. Got caught up in trying to get ready for a trip I took in January, ended up getting into a sorta otome gacha (not the big one, a niche one), haven't had much luck there but I grew to like a bunch of oddballs there and ended up developing some OCs more, Exedra hasn't exactly been kind but I did finally get Alina and escape the only Yachiyo as the 5* you pull curse. Fate as a game hates me, haven't had anything good in months, and that was a paid thing.
The Alina muse bug has kind of returned.

//The otome game would be fun to add a muse from, but since I'm stuck at a point in the story where my teams aren't a high enough level, and a lot of my initial impressions of certain characters were a bit off, like one guy being a vampire but he's also cringe. Or one dude who I must study like a bug, he's awful and it's funny.
Doctor and Fae

There weren't many things in the human world that a fae like Puck had an interest in-he mainly was fascinated by the natural world, like the taste of pumpkins, or the delightful creature known as the platypus, or the ever precious shrike that he compared himself to. The only real difference between humans and fae was that Puck found more enjoyment in pranking humans, as they had a more varied reaction than the fae.
But, oddly, even though he was certain he felt no attraction to humans, he did want to learn about them. Though that might be because his king ordered him to so Puck would maybe curb his homicidal tendencies more (not that his king knew about them, just that Puck was all over him and he needed space). So, maybe following some of the doctors who saved and took lives would be a good start. Maybe they knew if there was a cure for platypus venom. So, here the tall and obnoxious faerie was, waltzing into the health area.
"Hello, 'ello, human doctor! My king, the great Faerie King Oberon, has ordered me, Puck, to observe humans so that I may understand you better, which is quite magnanimous of him! May I join you in observing your duties today?" Puck was sure to get a good grade in pleasing his king, he thought.
It had been one of the rare quiet afternoons where Natori had no appointments and had enough time to actually sit and pour herself into one of the varies codexes she had amassed over the years. She had been reclining back in her chair, leg crossed over the other with the book laying atop it, as she tapped her pen against her cheek as she read.
At the cacophony of a voice barging into her office, she couldn't help the immediate glare- not that she would of any other time, but this was her rare down time.
"Do you mind? Must you be so damned loud?"
She pushed her glasses back up her nose, the anger in her glare was sharp enough to cut. Natori closed the codex loudly, making sure to emphasize just how annoyed she felt at being interrupted, and sat it back onto the desk before her. She then stood and pointed towards the door.
"Unless you have an appointment, leave."
Oh, one of the human doctors and not one of those odd Heroic Spirits who probably encroached on these poor humans! What luck, his king really had perfect timing! He was about to show a large grin, as he had heard that humans were not like lower beasts and showed their teeth when they were happy, but recalled Oberon telling him to not show off his teeth-some smiles were not meant to be shared, and the king said to reserve it for the presence of the fae, so he just kept on a dopey little no-teeth smile.
"My apologies, human doctor. I should listen to my king a bit more. He makes that same expression I do when I get jovial and elevate my voice." He continued to stand at the doorway, quickly realizing the fae dilemma that plagued many a naughty fae-namely, the not being invited anymore and thus being unable to cross a threshold thing- so he stepped out of her office.
"I do not have an appointment, madame doctor. Unless it's okay to walk in for one, though I am not in need of any medical treatment." That did pose a problem in his wanting to understand if humans understood platypus venom. "My king may not have specified what humans to observe, but I find the work you do here fascinating, even as a fae. Being able to save humans from things that plague them was once a thing humans long ago considered out of reach, and here you all are, far beyond the reach of magic's limits." He of course hated the progression of steel humans had also advanced, wondering why it was in their tools and how they didn't have allergic reactions.
"If I refrain from being loud, may I assist you and learn about humans more, madame doctor?" Puck asked, his desire to follow through on the mission being his main emotion that he decided to let consume him. "I will wear the gloves and use any tools, unless they're steel.:

It was a bit odd; Yachiyo didn't have modeling work after class, and things hadn't been busy for a while at the Villa while the rest of her team had other plans, so she had some free time on her hands. She looked on her phone, and checked for the schedule for a nearby theater; Film Appreciation at her college really had her intrigued in trying to observe more (and the snacks were a bonus). It would serve as a useful skill in battle, and maybe she'd understand that Gray girl's mind a little more (or maybe Alina Gray was just odd).
She made her way to the theater, still trying to decide which film to see. "This one was said to have great visuals... but this one has a captivating story... this one, I could the girls to see..." She rambled aloud as she stared at the movie theater's offerings. She of course had her snack choice picked out, as that was a no brainer for her. But with so many options to see a film, it was a bit overwhelming. Maybe she could go off someone else's suggestion, as the online reviews weren't enough to sway her.
"Excuse me... do you think I would be better off seeing an artsy film like Destarrenacht, or a character-driven film like Abracadabra?" She asked, giving a friendly smile.
" Let's see...I've already seen the 2nd Five Nights movie... Maybe 'Now You see me?' Mmm...gosh, there's so much to choose from... "
As for a certain cinema enthusiast...Mabayu had just finished her classes for the day, without too much trouble... Besides the tardy notice she got for being late, but that wasn't her fault! Her bed was just SUPER comfy that morning! How was she expected to just get up and out there, early, when she'd been experiencing the rare phenomenon known as 'perfect comfort?' It's just unfair...
Alas, life has never been known to be fair. It's just how it is... Regardless, she'd push that thought to the back of her mind, as she walked back and forth in front of the movie posters that were being advertised for today's showings... She's been at this for 2 hours, now, and was having trouble making a decision, until-
" Y-YAYAWA!! "
She'd screech, leaping back in shock, as she balanced on one leg, with the other, and both arms, raised... After a moment of awkward silence, and realizing that it was just a normal person, she'd let out a shy laugh, as she scratched at the back of her head.
" Ah...haha! Um...sorry about that... " An overreaction, maybe? Probably... Most definitely. " Hmm...to be honest, I've only ever really seen the trailers for both of those movies, but I DO feel like Abracadabra had a better setting... So, I'd recommend that? "
Hm...actually, maybe THAT would be a fun one to watch, today?
The girl she had startled reminded her of Sana and Iroha, and she felt a pang thinking about her family-she really would have to take them all to see a movie in the future, if Felicia could behave. Yachiyo was a bit grateful that this girl didn't immediately peg her for the modeling she was known for (Iroha hadn't realized it at first, but to be fair to her now successor, Yachiyo had been trying to at best scare the girl off). "Oh, my apologies for startling you," Yachiyo spoke with a gentle reassurance in her voice.
She briefly ruminated on the girl's words, taking into her opinions-after all, she'd sought the girl out because she seemed like she was introspecting on the various movies playing. She smiled at herself, proud of her college education paying off. "I see, thank you. My college this semester offered Film Appreciation, and it's made me more interested in understanding movies more. And I had heard good things about both... I will see Abracadabra, then. Would it be any trouble to pay for your concessions for helping me to decide? I'm more than happy to do so, or I might still be deciding when both movies started."
And she absolutely would. Yachiyo knew how to stretch her yen-ten times the points day was one of her biggest passions for that reason-to be able to take care of the many girls at her villa in a way that didn't feel lacking. She was quite proud of the fact that she could use her Kamihama University discount here.
She brushed her blue hair behind her ears. "I'm Yachiyo Nanami, by the way."

//Me casually losing my mind in the time between I last was on and now entirely due to the holiday season? Absolutely likely. Family came down and it sucked, definitely think my health took a decline from the stress (and constantly changing weather going from extremely cold to extremely hot). But, got into a new mobage otome game... my luck is poor, but the story is fun and it's churned my brain up, in a similar way Scene 0 did.
//Glad I took the break because the brain worms for Alina left. Also didn't help that her Halloween alt nor her regular alt did not come home. Hoping Kyoko comes home, she's still an all time fave.
