My dad passed away this morning 💔

Hello my loves!

I know I’ve been absent for a while but I’m unable to balance life anymore. My dad’s health is deteriorating and honestly at this point we’re just watching him die slowly. It’s hard. And i dunno how im handling it.

TRYING not to lose my sanity over this. I’ve been trying to play games when i have downtimes but my mood is always bad and i just don’t feel like it. Most of the games i play are emotional so that’s another minefield. I d been casually replaying RE4 Remake though since it’s my comfort game for now.

I want to watch stuff too, so I’ve been sneaking a couple of episode in bed before going to sleep. I started She-Ra and it’s been fail because i end up falling asleep mid episode and yeah. I think i barely watched half an episode before i passed out.

I will try to come back here when I can. It’s kind of hard to find inspiration while I’m dealing with this terrible situation but I’m doing what i can. This isn’t something i ever imagined myself dealing with so I’m learning as i go.

Life update because so many things have happened:

Dad got out of the hospital but he isn’t doing good. I think he’s dying and it will be a matter of days, if we even have that, before he passes and it’s been tough. We know it’s coming but it doesn’t make it easy at all.

I— got married. I still have no idea how this happened between all this chaos but it happened. No mood for an actual big party so it was a small thing exclusive to family only. I kinda got pressured into it because everyone was against me putting it off including my dad so I did it. I’m not getting any younger and if this is the right thing to do then fine.

I’m conflicted between so many feelings and nothing makes sense. I’m not grieving properly and I’m not celebrating properly I’m just stuck in the middle somewhere in a frozen state and that’s that.

sorry for the inactivity despite saying i will be more active but my dad’s health took a turn to the worst and the past two months have been hell (he’s been in the hospital for as long) aaaand idk things aren’t looking good at all there is only one ending to this and i don’t think im ready for this just yet
