hai ! if I’m being honest, I just sleep HAHHAHAHAHA !! I believe rest is the best remedy for replenishing my creative motivation (or anything really). the idea of ‘rest’ can mean different things for different people. for me, rest is sleep, eating good food, watching a new show or rewatchibg my favourite shows, spending time with my husband or friends. these things aren’t inherently ‘creative,’ but they fill me with inspiration. :’))))

I feel like creativity is like water in a well. there’s an abundance of it, but it’s also a finite resource. if you use too much without letting yourself rest or letting yourself replenish that creativity / motivation, you run out of it and it might lead to burnout. I don’t spend all my time creating, but I do like spending time finding inspiration for that creativity. so when the time comes for me to make something, I just pull from those small daily inspirations. 🤍

hihihihi !! not art school specifically, but I went to design school 🤍. I wasn’t cut out to be an artist (I am vvv bad at drawing), but I loved the more mathematical and logical approach that design offered.

that’s super exciting though !! what do you wanna know? I’ll try my best to answer questions.
