*At the conclusion of the meeting, Steris gives the summary*
The plan, as it currently stands:
1. On William Bennet. William, being the brother of Jarvis Bennet, has demonstrated potential as an ally to Joseph McPherson. As such, we will attempt to arrange a meeting between William and Phantom, with proper precautions.
2. On the Scientist. The Ghostbloods have agreed to attempt to communicate with them and gain more information. Wax has stated he wishes to talk further to Dockson on this matter. Particularly on the subject of reducing harm and casualties.
3. On the people: They depend on many innocents working for them. We will attempt to attack this foundation by spreading the truth and stripping them of this foundation.
4. On Jarvis Bennet: We will attempt to lure Jarvis under the context of politics and a ball, partially informed by the results of the previous sections of this plan, and attempt to assassinate him. We will need countermeasures to his lightweaving. This is subject to change on the basis of parts 1-3.
5. On Obscuring our Intentions: Renarin should be involved in as much as possible to obscure potential Visions.
