"6 million cookies" is a shortening of the antisemitic joke "its impossible to bake 6 million cookies in 5 years with the number of ovens available"
"promised to them 3000 years ago" is used to suggest jews are acting entitled to the land that doesnt belong to them, referencing the idea of the promised land.
