I am honestly in some of the worst mental state that I've been in in a long time and I feel like I never used to speak my mind about anything and just let my feelings of upsetness at things just stay in and I didn't really complain about shit because I was passive and didn't want to cause issues even though it still would bother me and upset me on the inside but once I finally decided to speak out on things that bothered me everyone seems to have gotten this "agressive bitch" attitude from me and now I feel like everyone hates me and wants nothing to do with me and now I either keep expressing the things that upset me and be stuck with the agressive bitch label and silent hatred people have for me or I have to go back and be silent and stop speaking things that are on my mind or upset me and I don't know what to do because honestly either way I'm miserable.
