if, in these types of âridiculousâ cases, the plaintiff wins against MegaCorp Inc. for a huge amount of money, whoevers telling this information is misrepresenting their case.
if that last one was actually about sprouting wings, redbull woulda just laughed it off, and the court wouldnt enforce anything
