Tonight we are having a look at this 11 yr old Northland Syrah. From a very good vintage it's still going strong. Good booze. Tomorrow we pick our 2017 Waingaro Syrah. #drinklocal #northlandwines

Racking juice.. this is the view from inside a tank. We settle the juice at 4°c for 3-4 days, allowing most of the solids to sink to the bottom of the tank.
