My friend Ahmed is one of many children suffering from the effects of malnutrition due to Israel's manufactured famine. His health has deteriorated from chronic food insecurity, exposure to the elements from living out of a damaged tent through the winter storms, and illness spreading through encampments. He now has severe anemia and the doctor has told him that he urgently needs a source of stable nutrition.
