Thievery!! Stealing souls that are rightfully his and stuffing them back into the world without his approval or consent! It’s despicable, and downright offensive if the Scourge takes a troll for its bidding.

I would say he does oversee all manner of life and death, but of course he will step off when other deities are involved regarding a certain race and their respective beliefs       such as when Vol’jin pleaded with him to spare Tyrathan, a human, and he mentions it’s not truly within his authority to do so, but the man was spared either way.

A vast array of spirits and gods have to make nice on Azeroth, and I don’t think Bwonsamdi is excluded from this. He’s simply incredibly powerful and has some manner of influence over all of them just because of what he is.

Death is neither good nor evil, it simply is, as is Bwonsamdi. Of course he is a Loa, and while it’s uncertain whether he was once mortal or not, he will have wants and needs as any other. Perhaps sometimes he is a menace, should it suit his fancy, but I think he takes his job too seriously to be unnecessarily cruel.
