My inspiration came from vivid memories of being stuck in the house as a child because of the rain and playing with my mothers button collection. She didn’t collect them as a hobby but had them because she enjoyed sewing. 😂. I don’t know why I remember her button collection so well or why I have it stored in my memory banks but I do. It gives me warm fuzzy feelings inside. I love my mother so much! She is my world! ❤️ Anyhow, I’ve been working on this for quite sometime now. Overall it’s 30” tall x 24” wide. I did a natural stain on the wood. Stay tuned for the process video on my YouTube channel. I will be putting her up for sale in my Etsy shop.
