The Duck-Leader

DUCK- but honestly I love this, and I completely understand if u don’t use this INCREIDBLY SERIOUS, AND HARDCORE DESIGN. Since it’s you, I know whatever it is, it’ll be great <3. 

"forgot you was the nervy buggar" He muttered under his breath as he threw his rifles strap over his shoulder so the weapon was out of his hands. Caleb took a few steps back from the survivor letting out his usual raspy chuckle, "why the hell ya wearing it anyway, im guessing it aint some new 'modern' fashion thing"

Dwight kept his plastic eyes on the old cowboy, he looked somewhat puzzled when the other moved his weapon out of his hands. He seemed distrustful of the other, and even flinched from the sudden laugh.   He listened to the killer’s question, and thought about it for a second. Looking down at his ridiculous outfit he was in, and squabbled a bit. “...A-A.....duck suit..” He said with disappointment, as he re-adjusted the red-striped tie.

 Dwight was still nervous for his muscular friend, he was trying to sputter   something out, before David patted him on head. He somewhat simmered down from the calming yet simple touch the other gave.  The leader always felt safe around David, he couldn’t put his finger on the exact   reasoning though, was it cause he other was so confident, being protective of the team, as well as not just being all talk, and no show?  Perhaps it cause of that time he tried to fight the doctor....serval times..., and lost....a lot...But it was still amazing to the Muppet-duck.  Dwight was about lost in his thoughts as usual, he was tempted to just take out his notepad, and list everything great about David again till he heard his friend ask a question. He turned his focus back to his friend, questioning his attire, he looked down again, accidently letting a exasperated groan. “Danelle....” He said simply, looking back at the other with immense disappointment of his own pathetic predicament.

    -First one-         --Second one-- Dwight was unnerved by this statement, shuddering a-bit. He didn’t like this mocking, but it wasn’t something that pushed him off the edge like Frank’s next statement. Dwight’s face went pale completely freezing up like a statue. He turned his direction at Frank, back at his arm, then at Frank.  “Nope, i’m out!” He says with oppressed fear he started yanking his arm like it was life or death this time. He didn’t care what else this buffoon wanted to say, he wanted out of this conversation, out of this place- just away from him. It didn’t matter, he’d do anything to get out of this now-, he just-     Rippppp  Dwight stopped dead in his tracks, feeling more weightless then he usually does. He looked down to see his arm in Frank’s hold still, but now also he saw pink stuffing slowly falling out of the end where it ripped.  Watching as red liquid slowly trickled out that end.,he watched this, before looking down at his now  teared off appendage, the one where his arm was supposed to be. He looked at it follow the same pattern. He finally looked up to Frank, taking a small inhale before scREAMING BLOODY MURDER.

Dwight was just a mess, shaking, and screaming he tried to cover the giant gash where his arm was. He started to feel light-headed, he vision started to shift, as he tripped on his own footing. He fell forward onto Frank, using his only in-tacted arm to hold a death-grip on him. While he tried to keep himself up. he was trying to stutter something out. It sounded like he was going on about something big, but the only comprehensive words that came out were “Help.”, and a bunch of mumbled up apologizes.  He kept going on until his speech slowed down, and his grip lessened before the world around him faded in, and out before collapsing.

                                 --   Continued from this thread   -- Dwight kept his suspectful glare on Frank, but slowly nodded, acting like he had much of a choice to this exchange. “What is there to ask though? There’s nothing major about me that needs questioning.” He said with a straight face, slightly rattling his arm impatiently.

"What the fu- you're-" Now Frank looks confused. Is Dwight really that oblivious? "... Bro, dude, you're-" He shakes his head. "... Alright, what's up with the, uh...?" Frank takes off his mask and gestures toward his own eyes with his free hand.

Dwight seemed offended by the close-call of cursing, he watched Frank while he confused by god knows what, but what surprised Dwight was the man taking off his mask, it only stayed for a minute when he figured out what Frank was trying to ask.  He brought his free hand to one of his round, but thin button eyes, slightly tapping it. “-Oh this...? uh...It just ..looks cool...?” He said with uncertainty in his voice. “Nothing big, what else do you want to ask?” He added quickly, wanting the change the subject.

“You- what. Do we come from the same planet? You look like you came from fuckin’ Ide-... y’know what, that’s a joke I shouldn’t make.” Frank looks exasperated. “Did you choose to sew shit to yourself to make you look like a doll, or-?”

“Hey-....” Dwight stopped him himself from telling Frank off about cursing, and groaned, before choking from what Frank asked next. He used his free-arm to pat his chest, trying not to die. “Wh-WHAT!? What kind of question is that?!? No you fu-.....” He took a long sigh  “No...It’s..just one of those...weird costumes we get sometime from the sky...you know..? Nothing special, okay?...Anything else?” He said turning his glance away, tugging on his arm, wishing to not be here right now.

"... Just an-? So you actually have eyes? That shit doesn't hurt?" Frank looks confused and concerned. He's... concerned for a stranger. Empathy. Gross. But is he really a stranger if-? "Cuz that's... That looks painful as hell."

“Of course I have eyes, and yes it kind of stings.. but that’s life....!” He said shrugging it off, with his tone being quite sour, getting more frustrated. He didn’t like the feeling of being pitted, there was nothing to pity him for.  “But you know what is painful?” He tries to pull his arm back with much force this time. “Your grip on my arm, it’s killing me!” He added, putting all his efforts into wiggling his arm away.

His plastic eyes were stuck on the knife, trying avoiding the daunting smiling that was plastered on the menacing person, that was standing just ahead of Dwight. The muppet leaned on the corner even more, using his hands to support himself as he heard Frank’s small monologue. He only flinched for a moment, when he saw the masked user played with the knife, if this was all just a little game of tag, or some sort of shabby child game, as if it wasn’t his own life in stake. The leader’s breath hitched when Frank finished his comment, realizing what he was implying with the sudden silence. It pushed him to the edge, his heart was racing, he shaking wildly, the world around him seemed spin ever-so slightly. He only glanced up to Frank now, and without any words exchanged he attempted something bold, and idiotic. Dwight pushed himself forward from the wall, he ran at directly at the hooded threat with much force, changing his direction at the last second, trying to dart pass him, and going under his arm. He could only hope his plan worked.

He didn’t pay attention to what Frank was saying, his only goal was to run, that was until he felt a hand clasp around his semi-clothed arm. “ -!” He recoiled from the sudden grab, whipping his head around to look back at the assumed maniac, that had a hold on him. He stopped when he heard what he said. ‘He trying to murder me? tear-n-slice him up, turn him into a raggedy pile of blood?’  Dwight almost seemed to calmed down, almost. He got a sudden irritated look over his face. “Yeah sure” He shoved his free arm directly at Frank’s face, continuing to say “Like, i’d just believe you after being cornered with a knife!” He said putting force on his arm, wanting to free his other one, and scurry away.  “I’m not THAT dumb enough to fall for such a stupid lie, especially in this endless death-game of all places!” He said gritting his teeth.

Frank laughs as he slightly tightens his grip. He's having too much fun with this. He's almost missed people being afraid of him but it wasn't like he was planning on acting on it. "I'm not lying. I would've stabbed you by now if I was. Look." He throws the knife away from him casually. "I'm not gonna hurt you. Chill out."

Dwight quietly squeaked from the stronger grip, all his anger changed back to fear, before getting whiplash with his feelings changing again, now with confusion.  ‘The killer-a murder just threw his weapon away???’, this was completely perplex, ‘Was this some sort of big ruse? Were the other legion people gonna pop out somewhere, do a shank-and-run?? What was he planning??’ He thought to himself, completely mind-boggled. He gave him a doubtful stare at Frank, before turning his direction back at the knife. ‘This is defiantly a trap...’ He looked back to Frank “Alright.....i’m chill...” He said distrust oozing from his voice.
