What a lovely band

Once you truly believe you’re worthy of love, you will never settle for anyone’s second best treatment.

I am learning to love the sound of my feet walking away from things not meant for me.

One thing you should know about me is that I am an extremely stubborn person. Another thing you should know about me is that no matter what has happened between us, I will always find a way to blame myself. It doesn’t matter how bad the situation is, hell, it doesn’t even matter if it’s my fault that you walked out of my life because you decided you didn’t need me anymore. I WILL blame it on me. But see, the thing about being a stubborn person is that I will refuse to contact you first because I keep telling myself I did nothing wrong and that you just aren’t worthy of me. But when it’s 3 am and I’m laying in my bed, tossing and turning, wide awake, there is only one person whom I will keep blaming. And that is me.

People leave you out in the cold and get mad when you learn how to get warm by yourself.
