my childhood russian edition of lord of the rings had the most amazing, medievally styled illustrations by sergey yuhimov. 

i haven’t appreciated them when i was a child (i obviously wanted something more aesthetically obvious), but now i think they’re just - really badass. going to upload all i could find, in three posts.

Linkin Park are being accused of narcing on Sublime With Rome, allegedly calling the cops on them for smoking weed backstage. The incident occured when the two outfits recently shared the stage at the ‘KFMA Day 2014’ in Tucson, AZ this past Saturday, May 24th. Sublime With Rome’s Rome Ramirez has since tweeted: “Linkin Park called the cops on us and said that they were allergic to pot. cops came and took all our weed while we on stage.
