Thought I'd draw my young Merlin, Fyo, with her friends and peers. After all, she's returning to continue her final year in the Lyceum and graduate since things didn't turn out as planned (cough CHAINS OF ETERNITY cough)

@burrowofdelphine walks through the graveyard, humming a small tune with a smile on her face and a bunny in her arms. Glancing around she sits on a nearby bench, gently stroking the animal.
She breathes deeply and her face becomes uncharacteristically serious. “I hear you’re quite knowledgeable when it comes to animating the dead. I wonder, are you equally knowledgeable in regards to killing the unkillable?”

*After thinking for a while whether to show himself or not, he eventually reveals himself. He appears behind the bench, slowly walking around the far side as he responds.*
Let's get two things straight: firstly, regardless of their ability to die or not, I do not lift a finger myself to take anyone into eternal slumber. And secondly, to fill a gap in your common knowledge, Death deals only with the already dead, not the living.
So, having said that... what's that unkillable thing you so desperately need to eternally get rid of?
Delphine grips the bunny a bit tighter, staring straight ahead.
“… Unkillable isn’t the best descriptor, but it was the best I could think of.” She lets out a sigh, turning to face him.
(tw for slight suicidal thinking)
“I have been burned to ash. my blood has filled basins as it was cut and torn apart. Yet every time it manages to stitch itself back together and my soul remains tethered. I have died many times, but it refuses to stick and I remain alive.”
Delphine faces forward again, petting her bunny gently. “I’m tired.”

I can tell you, that Death is not refusing to take you - he simply cannot. Never have you been under his authority.
I can only think of a divine curse, for nothing less can keep you from death despite a fully destroyed body. Not even Graveborn can continue in such states.
Or perhaps... a non-Esperian origin?
Delphine eyes him slightly.
“Have you ever heard of the Great Will?” There’s a layer of distain in her voice as she mentions it. Despite it, she giggles slightly.
(TW for mass casualty event, mentions of cults and child sacrifice)
“So many dead. An early experimental cult disguised as a town dedicated to their so-called god, burned to the ground. One survivor, the go-to sacrifice, a child…” Her eyes are distant as she speaks, as if seeing what she’s describing.
Her petting her bunny familiar has become slightly mechanical before stopping. The bunny thumps her leg lightly and she blinks a couple times, her eyes focusing and she turns to look at him. “It’s most likely a curse.”
... perhaps I know what you speak of. Such an unnatural cluster of deaths always draws my attention.
Divine curses are powerful spells, but sacrifice is always necessary for them to work beyond normal magic. As the person affected, you may not be able to observe objectively enough to find the exact connections of your condition.
Unfortunately, even my perception is limited by time. I may not be able to do anything right now, but I can offer you to keep an eye on you and observe carefully should you face death again one day.
For now, if you are no longer in danger, focus on life. Make yourself useful. If not for yourself, then for someone else.
Hah, if it's work you are looking for, I am sure I have some menial tasks for you to do. It'll be very useful for me.
“Useful… how is anything useful when it’s meaningless.”
She sighs, frustrated, then smiles thinly.
“I’m a fool for thinking there would a simple solution to bring me to deaths embrace.”
She sighs again, much more exaggerated than the last, and stands up, letting her bunny hop out of her lap.
“Well I’m sure I’ve taken up enough of your time, Man of the Graveyard. I’ll be taking my leave, for now. I’m sure i’ll be seeing you again.”
She hums an eerie tune as she skips out of the graveyard.
To those annoying little twits spreading rumors that they saw me visit Niall in the infirmary.
No. You did not. Stop lying or you’ll regret it.

Unless your familiar is genuinely needed for assistance, then that's fine. But I'm not talking to you, your familiars are lovely and polite.
A certain student nailed their alchemy test with fying colors and got themself a decent amount of gold, with sizes no bigger than a slit pea. They did not think of how to spend the gold they just made, money doesn't matter to them, people are.
Tiny gold pieces started to appear randomly in the campus afterwards.
Some of them were found by Delphine’s bunnies.
