Well... Yes, I suppose so.

It's unusual, really. Strictly speaking, according to the hierarchy of things, Father Garcia is my superior. But he insisted that Snake Meadow Hill be considered my church, and he is acting as my assistant.

Well. I suppose I've always been something of a habitual cleaner. Cleanliness is next to godliness, and all that. I've lived in some pretty dreary places in my time. Places that make Snake Meadow Hill look like the Ritz. I wasn't always as fortunate as I am now, but I always did my best to make those places look presentable and homely.

I suppose you could say that my schedule is a daily spot clean, a weekly surface clean, and a monthly deep clean.

Lisa tells me I need to loosen up a little, let the place look a little more lived in and relax some, and really, I think she's right. She's taken over a few chores here and there, and I try not to helicopter around her.

Im sorry to everyone who sent me something, or has been waiting on a response, or expecting an answer to an ask, but I've just lost all interest, because I know most of you have too.

In some ways more tiring and stressful than it is now. Granted, the hours of work weren't as long, but it was more about putting in that effort of proving myself. You know, that I was serious about it, that I was on the right path, that my belief was strong.

Well, in all honesty, I don't know.

It's hard, certainly, and some days may be better than others, but its always going to be a struggle.

I was once told something along the lines of 'you cannot control your emotions, but you can control how you act upon them'. That's difficult, I know. Sometimes the act comes as an immediate response to the emotion. But in order to improve, we should strive to put a step between the two. A moment of reflection. How to gauge a response to the emotion.

Well... Faith, of all kinds, can be difficult. There are so many stories and beliefs across history and culture. How can we really know which one is the 'right' one? Maybe they all are, in their own way. In truth, there is no way of knowing. That's what faith is.

Now, despite my role as a priest, I am not going to be the person to tell you to divert from your own that. But, if you have had a vision that causes you to reconsider, then perhaps there might be reason for that.
