We had a guest instructor for my 26 & 2 hot yoga class yesterday from Alberta she was very very friendly and funny. As I was leaving she asked how I felt and I said good! She said you take that class often I said yes most Mondays. She said she could tell, that I took minimal breaks but I know what’s good for my body. I struggle with standing tree pose my hips are tight and my left knee pinches, I don’t like pushing it too much. Because I’m scared of injury. I thanked her for her time and left. She turned to the front desk attendant and I could hear them saying how cute I am while I put my shoes on. Lol

June is for rose bushes <3

I’m so stunted it’s not even funny I don’t know what to do. I still feel mentally 17 years old in many ways like obviously life has changed me but still. I can’t believe I’m 28 this year… it’s scary. I love life and growing and being an adult and a grown woman but something about my mindset feels so childish and immature and I can’t break it. And I’m like ok maybe I should get rid of all my toys and childish things but I really don’t want to and I don’t think that’s the answer plus there’s nothing really that wrong with being an adult collector. Idkk 😔
