I’m proud of myself! My diet was full of unhealthy, greasy fast foods & chips, and I often overate even though I was full and felt like throwing up. I maintained a normal BMI even while overeating by running 2 miles a day and over-exercising. Cleaned up some of my eating habits & lost weight quickly without having to exercise excessively! ♥︎

And when you woke up, you stepped on the scale and finally saw your UGW staring back at you
