Sometimes when you fall, you fly, and sometimes when you break, you do because you’re slowly gathering yourself back together again. Sometimes mistakes don’t teach you much, and sometimes the smallest of things hold revelations that are too hard to ignore. Sometimes there’s so much in you that you don’t know where to begin, and sometimes when you finally begin, it feels as if it is already too late to get going. Sometimes you love the wrong people, and other times the wrong people bring you peace. And last but not least, sometimes you have to let go and free yourself in order to begin all over again.

I don’t know what makes the world go around and maybe no one ever will, but I do know one thing. I know some people give you the hope and the courage you need to express what you have within. I know some people define you, that is, your thoughts and your actions. I know some people are made of more than just flesh and bone. I know some people make you realize that nothing really matters but the ways they make you feel and that some people need other people to feel at home. And I believe that’s what counts. That’s what’s important here. You live your life lost and confused, but in the end, you live your life with certain people who complete you, who guide you, who bring out the best version of you even if you don’t know it for yourself. And no matter how much you close yourself in, there will always be some people who make you feel as if you’re not alone, as if you have someone with you, because ultimately, you do. And it’s beautiful how you go through the fire with these certain people no matter how much it burns. You rely on their trust and they rely on yours, and to be honest, there’s nothing more satisfying than that. That alone makes this lonely life worth living, and that’s all I have to say about that.
