For KND AU, have Matt/Numbuh 101, (The museum kid from Operation Zero that really wanted Sector V's Autographs in red), have two older siblings. The TND cheerleader from the end credits of Operation Maurice, Alice Simmons, and a KND OC I made called Lana Simmons.

Strengths: Determined, loyal, open minded, curious, smart, and creative. He's pretty good at 2x4 tech and very knowledgeable about things he's interested in.
Weaknesses: Doesn't always respect personal space, especially when it comes to operatives or comics/video games/cartoons he fans over. Can be too insistent or curious sometimes. Can get easily distracted like Numbuh 3.
Traits: Huge fanboy, very knowledge about geek interests and KND History.
Name: Lana Simmons
Codenumbuh: Numbuh 103
Organization: TND
Sector: Scientists and McCormick (headcanon TND Sectors separated by school districts for undercover Operatives)
Role: One of the main researchers on B.R.A. plus genetic research in free time in lab area. Is part of the more Geek/Nerd clique at school, compared to the TND agents in the popular cliques. She gets information on Teen tech made by the Nerds and such for the TND as well.
Strengths: Talented artist, pretty smart, passionate about her interests like her brother, very talented in 2x4 tech and advance sciences that would be considered Sci Fi in the real world.
Weaknesses: She is pretty shy outside of close friends and family, she has the same issues with not always respecting personal boundaries when it comes to things related to her interests, she has some self confidence issues too.
Traits: Scientist, Cool Geek Girl, fan girl, Fan artist, shipper, She is the most like her mother amongst the siblings, Unlike her other siblings, she lives with her mother (Who is the head scientist for Evil Adult Industries), She doesn't have a sound moral compass like her brother and sister, she is more likely to do questionable things, has a bit of an anti adult bias due to heavy GKND/Splinter Cell presence among the KND Scientists in the Deep Sea Lab where she was originally stationed, has some remnants of anti teen bias too but its diminished as she became a teen herself and around other teens, talented in video games, DND, and a few other games, a girl in love with someone on the opposing side in the Age war.
Clothes/Style: Lana is more into alternative fashion like Avril Lavigne's fashion style of the 2000s. Likes wearing jackets, tops with overshirts, or long sleeved shirts under t shirt. Likes wearing converses or boots. She needs glasses and wears comical spiral glasses that hide her very beautiful eyes.
Appearance: 15/16 year old girl with long ginger red hair with full bangs, dark brown eyes, button nose. (looks very similar to her sister outside clothing styles and hair) (People think that they're twins a lot).
Name: Alice Simmons
Organization: TND
Sector: Willems High
Role: Head Cheerleader for Willems High, intelligence and sabotage. (She makes sure her school is less likely to actively attack kids, the KND)
Strengths: Confident, fashionable, pretty flexible and athletic, good leader, good at communicating her points in a thoughtful and kind but firm manner, able to hide her true feelings pretty well. Skilled in unarmed combat.
Weaknesses: She doesn't put away her popular persona or mask outside people she trusts in the TND or her family, hard to know the real her though her popular girl/cheerleading persona isn't fake, it's just not everything about her.
Traits: Spy, Cheerleader, oldest kid in her family. She's the popular kid compared to her geeky siblings. Lives with her dad and her brother Matt. Loves her Dad and siblings.
Appearance: 16/17 year old girl with beautiful dark brown eyes, button nose, auburn red hair that's shoulder length that she prefers tied in low pigtails.
Clothing/Style: Has a low key/subtle McBling style. Something a popular girl would wear in the 2000s that isn't over the top. She isn't flashy like Stacey or Prom Queen are sometimes.

ngl i still have very little idea of what i think Chad’s life looks like post KND, but i saw someone walking their german shepherd the other day and it inexplicably made me think of him, so now we have this at least.
Sarge (short for Command Sergeant Major) is Chad’s baby, even if Chad himself doesn’t want to admit it. despite being spoiled rotten by his owner, Sarge is a very good dog. he knows just about every trick in the book, and he’s even great with kids! he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body.(unless you deserve it, which he can always tell.)
also, if anyone has any ideas of what they think Chad would get up to as an adult, plz share!! i’m torn between him staying with the gknd for a while to help rebuild it after the (presumed) earth rebellion or choosing to immediately return to earth and actually living for himself for once.

Violet Dau/Numbuh 81 (OC belongs to @bugtoonz) and Chad Dickson/Numbuh 274 of the TND (Teens Next Door) talk about a brochure Violet was given by one of the cheerleaders. It's for a month long training program for Teens that need some help with "fitting" in. Chad is against Violet going anywhere near the Ryukes, outside knowing Miko. He's weary of them from his experience in the KND against them and also from the difficulty KND and TND Intelligence has on finding out more about this powerful family.
Knowing the need for information on them for the TND, Violet volunteers to go for getting information of the Ryukes the TND desperately needed. Besides, it was only a month...
A month later, Chad finds Violet near the Ryuke Estate and is shocked at what he sees. Her clothes are much more stylish in a more stereotypically teen girly fashion then her usual style, much more alarming is her long hair is down...(Red Flag).
The way Violet talks is in a more stereotypically popular girl's voice like Stacey's. How Violet acts is also like Stacey, so Chad knows something is off and is determined to get Violet to TND Headquarters for examination, even though Violet right now can't see the big deal and prefer to do some shopping and get her nails down then do work right now.

Prom Queen is talking with Sophie during lunch. Alice introduced Prom Queen to Sophie.
In my KND AU, Prom Queen is one of the main leaders of the Teen Ninjas along with The Steve.
She is seeing if Sophie would be interested in joining, given what Sophie did to escape her decommissioning. Alice wants her bestie Sophie to be a teen ninja with her, but Sophie declines. She ain't interested in bullying kids. Her real reason is much more confidential but Miko respected Sophie's wishes and accepts her decline. Besides better to be on friendly terms with a Rogue than an enemy.

Part of me thinks this might be him genuinely trying to share his interests with me, but then he gets that smug look on his face, and I just get annoyed again. ofc i'm happy to share my of Violet's backstory! happy pride woohoo
Violet found out she was trans fairly young. just a little bit after graduating the knd cadet program. there wasn't a single moment that made Violet realize it, exactly, more so a feeling that gradually grew inside of her as she trained under other female operatives that she really looked up to. these operatives also helped her transition, acting as big sister figures to her. she thinks about them a lot
her dad is, like with most things regarding Violet, seemingly ambivalent to her gender identity. he maybe made a few comments when she first began growing her hair out, but when she started wearing skirts and presenting explicitly femininely, he dropped the topic altogether. he doesn't call her by her preferred name, but she probably never even told it to him in the first place. they rarely directly address each other.
one night, though, as Violet was returning from a shift at Moonbase, her dad drunkenly called her over to bring him a glass of water. when he saw her, he squinted, frowned a bit, and muttered, "you look just like your mom."
he talked to her even less after that. Violet pretends not to think about it often.
as for gender affirming surgery, Violet is a minor with limited resources at home, so it's very unlikely a surgery like that would be accessible or reasonable for her. that being said, i don't have an explicit answer to your question, as realism can be a really tricky thing when you're writing an OC in a kid's show lol. Violet exists in a universe with fountains of youth and delightfulization rays. there is a canon character who's gender is changed by magic candy. so, in a world as fantastical as KND, i personally don't see the need to think too realistically on what a teenager's physical transition journey may look like, if that makes sense!
