𝓭𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐥 doesn’t like to talk during sex. it makes him feel awkward. he’s all grunts and moans as he likes to put all his focus in touching you. in feeling your skin beneath his hands. the way you’re so soft compared to his calloused and worn palms. the way you curve and arch against him as he envelopes you in his arms. he buries his head in the crook of your neck and breathes in your scent. he loves being close with you. loves finally having someone he can be close with. and he’s wrecked the second he presses inside you. his breaths shaky and low, growing deeper and deeper as he too gets deeper and deeper.

Daryl, wondering why he brought Y/N and Toddler Dixon out with him: Quit runnin’! You’re scarin’ the game off!

Daryl, watching his toddler run faster and laugh maniacally: Kid ain’t scared’a nothin’.

Y/N: Your genetics, sir.

Daryl: You’re in there too, y’know.

Toddler Dixon, faceplanting only to sit up laughing: Boom!

You were stroking your boyfriend's hair after a long day, he lied his head on your lap over a pillow and enjoyed the work of your soft hands silently, only your hums to a song filling the room. Daryl was a little older than you, not enough that it really mattered, but you loved to make fun on the situation every chance you got, like now.

"Oh my gosh you're getting gray hair."

"What?" he lifts his head up slightly just enough to take a look at your grinning face, ready to mock him.

"You're getting ooldd." you singsong the last word, making him huff something and set his head back on the pillow "My grumpy old man." you peck his cheek smiling at the successful attempt to annoy him.

"M'not that old."

"Is not what your hair's telling me, sweetheart."
