Oliver looks a mess , he has looked a mess for awhile its obvious from his swollen face that his got a addiction to drugs or alcohol. He looks nothing like the handsome man he once was.

I really think there's no material from Season 10 because maybe they haven't even started filming yet, they might be doing styling tests, reviewing scripts with the actors, rehearsing scenes before filming them… they've only been back for a few days and I imagine there are thousands of things to prepare before they even get in front of the cameras.
