I feel like its reasonable to assume this happened more often than the one time we see on screen. And i think its also reasonable to assume lestat didnt know it was happening at the time. I dont think we know if that moment (or others) was explicitly laid out in the book either aka if lestat would know about it in 2025 or not.

Its violating whether hes in denial about his own abuse or not.

But i feel like once he truly sees and accepts that his mother has been sexually abusing him for 200+ years, the louis/claudia thing becomes even worse.

In denial, i think the main blowup would be primarily jealously, as we've seen lestat express before.

But in acceptance, i feel like itd add this whole other triggering layer of like "why the fuck are you involving our child in our sex life?" Louis' actions obviously are not the same as gabriella's, but parent/child boundaries have been grossly crossed in both situations (just to varying degrees). Which would be extremely upsetting for lestat.
