Yep. At first, I thought that condoms were supposed to be that tight. I’d seen those “condoms can fit on a two liter bottle so quit your complaining,” I had no basis for comparison because dudes don’t talk about that shit, and no one wants to be that “HURR HURR GUESS I NEED A MAGNUM XL” guy.

For the record, even if you’re doing things that don’t involve a penis at all, condoms are good to have around. They make great dental dams on the fly, keep toys clean, and keep body parts clean if your partner is using their hands. :) Also, keep some non-latex ones around in case you or your partner has a latex allergy. Trust me, there are few places worse to have that allergic reaction. o_o

Agreed, it’s a weird take. I am considered treatment-resistant. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, even my chronic pain. Been on so many different meds and tried so many different “conventional” routes. This is the only reason I was given the okay to finally try ketamine infusion therapy. But this doesn’t make me not aware of or not directly experiencing how shitty things are, especially right now? Just stabilizes me so I don’t kill myself bc I lost the capacity to cope. We do still need to keep fighting to make things better in society but I can’t do that if I die bc it gets to me first.

If a global socialist utopia started tomorrow, I’d still need meds to not have serious, debilitating mental health bullshit, constant exhaustion, and physical pain. Like, both is good, but meds helped me get to a point where my life is usually worth living even under capitalism.
