Hello! On Labor Day during one of KW’s daily runs, she was kicked in the head by a deer and her eye was ruptured. We took her to the emergency vet where they determined her eye had to be removed. The surgery and recovery totals over $1800, which is a large hurdle on a fixed income. We are on a 48 month payment plan at a very high rate of interest, so every bit helps. As an alternative way to contribute, I sell stained glass on Etsy at serendipityglasswrks. Kw is my last child at home. We have already had to put two pets down in the past and I could not bear to lose another one.
