it literally breaks my heart that someone who admits to sexually assaulting women, who openly calls for discrimination, who is utterly and completely unpredictable, immature, and bigoted, can win over someone so incredibly competent, who’s detractors can only say she’s untrustworthy. It kills me that instead of making history, and electing an amazing qualified female candidate, america could be electing the most openly sexist and racist candidate in modern times.

i have this idealized version of myself in my head that is content and doing what she loves and comfortable and sometimes i get so caught up in her life that it’s almost impossible to realize that she isn’t real yet. but i hope to be her someday.
