I know a lot of people on here start at smaller weights than me but I’d sit like to say that I’ve lost over 25 lbs now and I really think that’s something I can be proud of even if my starting weight was 200 lbs instead of 145 lbs. I look better and I feel better (aside from being tired a lot) and losing weight was honestly more healthy for me than staying the size I was despite me doing it in the wrong ways. Going into 2021 I’m gonna try and focus on more exercise to tone up my body and then shuts my goals based off of how I look and feel rather than just the scale
