hope you never fall in love again

i'm still working on the details of loki's canon divergence but here's some of the general stuff for now.

the loki show, none of that is canon

after the second snap, when everyone was returned, that also somehow included loki. they aren't sure how or why, but he's happy to be returned.

he/they/she pronouns! loki is genderfluid. no preference unless they're making a serious effort to appear more masculine or feminine. not above correcting someone about it either.

a few quick facts about my portrayal

she is aroace, or aromantic & asexual. she does not feel or understand romantic and sexual attraction. this does not mean she is un-shippable.

until the thunderbolts movie is released, the plot or idea of the team is not available or current to yelena. more will be decided on that once the movie is out. any current plots or timeline with valentina allegra de fontaine will simply be a woman who used yelena in attempt to kill clint barton. the mission against clint barton is the one and only time yelena has worked for de fontaine.

working with the freed widows to make a new life. she currently lives in new york city, as she knew no where else to choose to go. after her last confrontation with clint barton, yelena decides to stay in the city as her last connection to her sister.

does consider kate bishop a friend; considers clint as family

will refer to fellow widows as "sister" but not in a family sense- this is more like a sisterhood, a group of people who understand her in a way no one else ever could.

when in the red room, yelena showed great promise and as such was part of experiments. she was given a similar version of the super solider serum, attempting to recreate the one used on the winter solider. from this she gained enhanced speed, reflexes, durability, agility, strength, accelerated healing. her senses of sight, hearing, and taste were also slight enhanced, giving her exceptional senses.

due to the experiments and serum, yelena is slow to age. though this is a currently unknown side effect. she will likely live to twice, if not three times, the normal human lifespan because of this.
