"She's mean" "She has no empathy" "She's entitled" NO she is not!!! She's fucked up, she feels isolated and she's been hurt so many times she pushes people away!!! She never gets what she wants!!! She's sad and nobody notices because God forbid a woman show vulnerability in any other way that's not crying!!! She's angry at herself because she can't do more on her own!!! She wants to prove she doesn't need anyone because no one has ever been there for her and she's scared to admit that it frightens her!!! She needs help but she can't reach out and nobody checks in because all they see is an entitled angry bitter girl!!! And they see other people get that love and that care without being perfect or having to ask for it!!! And they wonder if there's something wrong with them -and there is- but how could it be any different when her childhood was that horrible and the people who were meant to protect her didn't? How could they change and be better when they're still trapped, alone and broken? There's also something wrong with the others but the difference is nobody sees that she's hurting, too!!!
