i always fall so hard. initially I don't budge. I don't even trust my own feelings. then one day, i wake up and I'm in love. it's like waking up from a night of heavy drinking. you're not sure how you got where you are but you're just happy that you're safe. & the same with falling out of love. initially I fight the signs of turmoil. I say it's just a phase. then one day, i wake up and I just don't feel the same anymore. it's like waking up from a beautiful dream only to realize reality just isn't as good. in and out; like every cycle of life. every beginning has an ending. and every ending is a new beginning.

I'm my worst enemy but I'm learning to be my own best friend. be just as kind to yourself as you are to others.
