Instagram is evil.

I install the app for a day becaus meeting a friend with who I talk using the website (with posts/reels blocked by an extension just in case). I spent all day checking reels every now and then because idk I still have the doomscroll reflexes years later. The content progressivly gets worse and worse. At first it's funny, good, really good even. But the more you scroll the more shit the algorithm becomes, the more garbage you get served. I ended up pulling an all nighter on fucking Instagram Reels™. I fell asleep at 8am, now I feel like shit. When I woke up I just went back to reels like a fucking lab rat. The last 50 days of my life were fantastic with early mornings and good sleep. 24h of instagram installed on my phone and it all goes away in an instant. I FUCKING HATW INSTAGRAM THIS IS NOT A MISTAKE THIS IS THW PRODUCT THEY DESIGNED. YOU ARE A LAB RAT ID YOU USE ANY FUCMING SCROLLING VIDEO ALGORITHM SOCIAL MEDIA. ITS HELL. YOU ARE IN HELL.
