re: that last Veth post, I cannot say it enough but the Happily Married, Straight, Neurotypical Mom box the fandom is too happy to shove Veth into is a direct reflection of how these types see real women who are mothers. to them, mothers are non-people, wholesome "normies" put on this earth to be selfless nurturers, and showing any humanity beyond that performance is akin to a cardinal sin against the female role they have "chosen" for themselves. it is a sickening misogyny indistinguishable with trad conservative Christian values that is not absolved by the misogynist in question being queer and childfree.
