Bravely Default

I want to apologize, I’ve said countless times that I’ll be able to update but never lived up to that. If you are a bravely default blog, or are interested at all, I would like to keep this blog running but won’t be able to do so myself, so I’m inviting people to send me messages wanting to be mods, and I will likely select a few people who are more passionate about bravely default then I have the time for. Life happens and I can’t make this my focus, but I appreciate all the followers I’ve gotten, and I’m sure that people still want to see Bravely content. Please go ahead and send me a message if you’re interested in being a mod.

I have no idea where the source was for the image I apologize! The computer I used to create this blog initially is no longer available for use so I can't trace it either. I believe though if you save my lower quality image you can search google with that image to find the highest resolution. I hope that helps and sorry for not having the source!

I don't know exactly which boss that was, and the game doesn't have "cheats" besides changing your difficulty for the boss battle. The way I made boss battles easier for myself was A) if you had the Time Slip ability with the Time Mage so that I could understand the bosses AI patterns, and B) making sure my characters had their special moves. If you look in my asks tag you can find guides on how to use special moves to make boss fights much easier for yourself. Hope this helps!

I know exactly what you mean, and maybe I can help fix that. I've waited until I've had more time on my hands, but I'll create a Friend-Code directory for Bravely Default players. Send me your Friend-Codes and I'll put them in a list so that you guys can exchange and get villagers!

The arcanist is powerful for normal mobs, but bosses that are resistant to the status effects required to deal the incredible amounts of damage are abundant, so I never found myself needing it. Arcanist is a class I didn't play around with too much because I found jobs that I believed more powerful that didn't require as much MP to use as them.

Bravely Second was released in April in Japan but no word on the English release. However we do know that Square Enix is holding a press conference at E3 this year so they may announce it then considering Bravely Default actually sold better outside of Japan. And thank you, I'm glad they helped!

Tiz I made any of the balanced classes (Ninja, Red Mage, etc)Agnes was always and will always be my White Mage.Ringabel was fast classes (Thief, Ninja, Ranger, or Monk)Edea was my tank (Knight or Swordmaster)Tiz gets even stat growthAgnes gets higher Mind and IntelligenceRingabel has AgilityAgnes gets Strength.Those are the general stat differences if that helps you decide on what classes to choose.

There are two different ways I found worked well. I used the first, the second I was never able to do but is good in theory.The Merchant gets an ability at level 11 (not 100% sure. I'm in school, I don't have my 3DS with me to check for sure) called Big Pharma. Big Pharma heals the enemy and however much you heal them by you gain that much PG. Get a blessed shield so that you can heal yourself each turn without using MP. Set it up so that you don't damage the enemy for more than you can heal him each turn. You Attack him, he attacks you, and they both get healed. Best to find an enemy with a lot of health that doesn't cause status ailments that would mess with your commands. Set to Auto-battle and leave it for as long as you want. I would make a little over a million PG an hour. I made 8.5 million in about 6 and a half hours. This was with me healing by about 1300-1500 each turn, so if you can heal the enemy by more than that then you could get much more much faster.Another way I know of is to get the Mammon nemesis, and steal an elixir. Usually worth 2,500 but certain Mammon's supposedly give you elixirs worth 25,000. If you find this Mammon (I never did), then you can protect it, steal an elixir, and then run (the flee ability from Freelancer will help with that; especially if you pair it up with Prayer).These are the best ways I know of. There may be a better way, but my one night of getting 8.5 million had me set for the whole game, buying every item and still having a good 2 million left over.

This may not be too professional for this kind of blog, but my friend wanted me to draw Tiz's new character design wearing the thief outfit. I had no reference on me of the thief outfit so this was the best I could do.

I recently had a contest with a friend to see who could deal more damage, and they had around 40,000 while I dealt roughly 64,000. I've dealt higher before, but what is the most you guys have done? And how did you maximize that power?
