Day 1 of fairyfaeweek Today's theme "Decay". The nuckelavee is a diabolical horse-adjacent monster from Northern Scotland. The nuckelavee was blamed for droughts and pandemics, its miasmic breath wilting crops and sickening livestock.

In my friend's words:"Idiopathic uveitis wasn't enough; following a barium study, Peach is now going into surgery to remove a foreign body (probably a sock) from her digestive tract. In the space of a fortnight, we've racked up vet bills with a current running total exceeding $6000, which is over twice what I have saved.
