Bradley Rivers.

Ollie giggled squeakily as a few M&M’s were caught in his mouth, quickly chewing them to make room for more. However, when he heard a voice close to him he picked his head up and his hand pushed the lever back upward as a reflex. His attention shifted to the man who spoke to him, and he couldn’t help but snort. He covered his mouth, still chewing the chocolate candies. He swallowed them before he spoke, so he wouldn’t end up choking on them. “I had to try it!” he told. “It seemed like a good way to eat a bunch at one time! They’re like potato chips, ya can’t just eat one M&M!”

He smiled warmly when his eyes landed on the little one that the stranger had with him, his hand flapping at his side. Ollie loved kids, so it made him very excited to see the baby. “Awww, she’s so cute! Is she your daughter? What’s her name? Hii!” he cooed, waving at the small girl. 

"I mean, I’d totally give it a try, but I know that if I do that, my daughter’s going to wanna copy me and we can’t have a one year old on a sugar rush. Especially this one.” he playfully bounced Birdie on his hip, pushing the empty stroller off to the side as he spoke. Ollie’s excitement immediately made Birdie excited as well, giggling and smiling widely.

“She is. Her names Birdie. She’s almost fifteen months old.” he lightly brushed his hand through his daughters light colored hair. “I thought I’d bring her here on my day off. She seems to be very interested in all the different colors in this place. It’s great.”

“Oh cute. Where’s that happening at?” Weddings were always a good time in PJ’s book. Cecelia was as well even after the fact that Elliot threw some fist, the event in itself was beautiful. There was something so pure and inviting to see two people commit their lives to one another. PJ would honestly be surprised if that day were ever to transpire for herself. “Yeah it wasn’t cute. I would have thrown his ass out if I was Cece, but she’s a princess and has way too much class and grace,” she chuckled. She’d forgiven Elliot over the whole ordeal. Wish it didn’t happen to begin with in the first place, but that was totally out of her control. “She’ll be thankful though in the long run despite how embarrassing you may be at first,” she smiled down placing a kiss on her nieces cheek before putting her back on the floor. “So, what about you. Where are things heading with you and Fallon?” 

"It’s at this place called the Rainbow Room. I’ve done a couple of weddings there in the past. It’s a beautiful venue.” Bradley answered with a small smile. “It it were anyone else throwing punches at the wedding, I’m sure they would have been kicked out. I think being related to the bride ensured he didn’t get kicked out.” he laughed lightly, taking a seat on the couch with PJ as Birdie was set back down on the floor to play with her toys. “I hope that’s the case. Maybe when shes old enough, she’ll be the one teaching me how to dance.” he paused for a moment. “With Fallon and I? Things are going great. We’re thinking about moving in together--- like, properly soon.” he explained. They still lived in separate apartments, even though they spent most nights together, but it was going to be a lot easier when they moved in together.

Ollie finished eating lunch at a diner near Times Square, meaning it was time for something sweet after. Luckily, he was surrounded by endless snack options. Today, he decided on swinging by the M&M’s store in Times Square for some candy. His sweet tooth had a strong craving for chocolate, and the rainbow wall of colored M&M’s was calling his name.

When he got into the store, he made a beeline toward the back to grab a plastic baggy to fill with all of the colored candies. However, when he moved to the red M&M’s about to pull down the lever to let the candies spill into his bag he got an idea. A more fun idea in Ollie’s mind. He noticed the opening where the candies fell was just big enough to put his mouth in front of so they could just roll right in. He smirked to himself, slowly slinking up toward it and cracking his mouth open as he reached to pull the lever down. “Come to Ollie, candies!”

Having a day off from work, Bradley had decided to take his daughter out and just spend some time with her. They’d ended up at the M&M store. All the colours were definitely keeping Birdie, his one year old daughter, entertained. Bradley didn’t often eat candy, but every once in awhile, he liked to spoil himself with a treat like this. Which was how he’d ended up at the back with a bag, filling it up with M&M’s that he’d most likely share with his girlfriend and his child later. “One would think you’ve been deprived too long of M&M’s with the way you’re going.” Bradley smirked faintly, watching the other in front of the red M&M’s. 

“That’s great to hear. Any you really looking forward to in particular?” Not that the Almeida sisters hadn’t pretty much been independent women all their lives, there was still that underlying desire for security from the both of them. Whether it was in their jobs, relationships, or financially it was important for them to have stability in their lives. For Fallon sake, PJ really hoped Bradley was in for the long haul and not merely until Birdie was eighteen. Smiling down at her niece, Pj pulled her in tighter allowing the back of the babe to rest on her chest as she rocked her back and forth. “Yeah. It’s still as crazy as ever. I just pick up a few shifts bartending for some extra change,” she explained. It was a sweet gig and it definitely was helping to ffset the cost of her graduate tuition to say the least. “Besides babysitting my date to make sure he didn’t throw a punch at someone else, yeah…it was a good time.” That was honestly disastrous what happened between Elliot and his brother at their own sister’s wedding. PJ was honestly mortified for Cecelia let alone as the Windsor’s date for the evening. “You and Birdie seemed to have enjoyed yourselves on the dance floor.” 

"I’m the photographer for a wedding next month, which I’m looking forward too.” being the photographer for weddings was easily one of Bradley’s favourite things to do. He loved love. And being able to help capture those memories for people was always special. Especially if they were friends of his. “Oh yeah, I heard about that...” while he hadn’t seen the punches being thrown at the reception, he’d heard about them through several different people that night. It had definitely been a popular topic. He wasn’t about to question PJ about it though, knowing that it wouldn’t be any fun to have that memory brought up again in detail. “Gotta make the most of this time with her. One day she’s going to realise that her father’s dance moves are pretty embarrassing and she won’t wanna dance with me anymore.” the man laughed. “She’s definitely a better dancer than me--- clearly got that skill from her mother.”

“Okay, my mother has seriously lost her mind. All week she has been texting me information and photos from her girlfriends about bachelors in the city that I should ask as a date for her fundraiser next month. This is her attempt to expedite the grandbaby making process and I am not here for it.” She had told her mother, Blair, kindly over tea the day before to stop. Blair did for all of twenty-four hours and now she was back at it again. @cityofdreamsstarters​

"Wow, it sounds like your mother is definitely ready for you to settle down and start a family of your own. You should just rock up at that fundraiser by yourself, really get the message across to your mother that you’re not ready to give her grandchildren.” Bradley laughed lightly. 

“Hey, do me a favor and pretend like we’re having a super interesting conversation? Please? Bella asked as she approached the person nearest to her at the bar. “I made the mistake of letting some creep buy me a drink and now he won’t leave me alone,” the brunette said, letting out a sigh. “Speaking of drinks, I’ll buy you one as a thank you. I just can’t deal with hearing about his taxidermy collection anymore.” 

"I like how you immediately said I needed to pretend. It’s like you automatically knew that I was incapable of having an interesting conversation on demand.” Bradley started jokingly. “Oh no, really?” he eyed the few people that were occupying the bar, his attention going over to one man in particular who was looking in their general direction. “I’m going to guess it’s the guy with the chiseled jawline over there?” he questioned curiously. “You don’t need to buy me a thank you drink. I’m happy to help you get away from anyone who thinks that talking about their taxidermy collection is going to hold a conversation.” he laughed.

       etta takes a drag from her cigarette, the cold new york air hitting her skin. it was almost refreshing after being under hot stage lights. “see- there’s two kinds of people in this world- people who have a sex playlist and liars. you can’t tell me you don’t have one, and if you do and there’s zero prince on there i’m judging you hard.”

"I don’t think I’ve ever had a sex playlist in my entire life. I mean, sure, sometimes there’s music playing in the background, but I’m not really paying any attention to it. Nor have I ever woken up one morning and gone, oh gee, today’s the day. I’m going to make a playlist of songs I can listen to while having sex.” Bradley laughed lightly, lifting his shoulders into a shrug. “I don’t even know what I’d have on my playlist if I were to ever make one anyway.”

Lifting up Birdie into her lap, Pj couldn’t help but smile and bounce her around. Birdie was honestly a true joy and they were all blessed to have this little babe in their lives. Especially her parents, it turned their paths around for the better and Phoebe was grateful for that. “Have you been working on any new projects as of late?” She didn’t really keep up with the world of fashion besides what Fallon updated her on and the same went for Bradley and his line of work. Despite, not having much interest, she was curious to know what or where he saw himself going in the next few years with his photography. “I’m doing fine myself. Just been working and studying. Picking up a few extra shifts here and there at Lux. Nothing too crazy.”

"I’ve been working on a few projects. Got a lot of things to keep me busy over the next few months.” from magazine shoots, to things as easy as a 21st birthday party--- Bradley did it all. He was incredibly passionate about his photography. He loved capturing moments and being able to look back on them all the time. Birdie was definitely his favourite to photograph. “LUX? I haven’t been there in ages...” there had been a time in his life when he would have gone to LUX on a regular basis. To drink. To get high. To just have some fun. Those things just didn’t interest him anymore. Becoming a father had really helped him screw his head on straight. “Did you have fun at Cece and Harry’s wedding?” the man asked conversationally.
