Love, Lisa Philippines, and BLACKPINK Philippines celebrated the anniversary of Lisa’s ‘LALISA’ with a can-sleeve event, LED ads in Cebu and in Davao, and a donation for cats and dogs.

What do we say… Who do we love… What do we call her… LALISA! September 10, 2021 was the day that Lisa released her first album as a solo artist, and we, the blinks, rejoiced for new music and new content. A year later, we shared the joy we had with others and celebrated LaLisa’s 1st year Anniversary.

What’s the most common thing to have when we throw a celebration for our idols? 

Why a cup-sleeve event, Of course!

However, since we have attitude, we turned the regular cup-sleeve event into a can-sleeve event. Just because we can. This event was held at WouldULike Eastwood Mall where 150 can-sleeves were available at the event. There were also different Lisa products to showcase how big of a fan we are, from photocards to postcards and other merchandise in and out of Blackpink albums, and of course LaLisa’s album itself. Don’t forget that there’s always more to these. There were also limited photocards and banners to add to the collection. The more the merrier.

Taking about how we are big Lisa fans, we know that when a fandom is bigger, things get a little grander. 

And what could be grander than an LED AD? Both Cebu City and Davao City had an LED AD put up for LaLisa’s 1st Anniversary so that we, Blinks may share our love for Lisa with everyone.

And take note, It was not just a simple LED Photo Ad but an LED Video Ad! 

The best part? The Ad was created by the Blinks. It was truly an amazing sight to see even just from the videos, especially during the night time.

LoveLISA PH donated different products for Strays PH (note: this is not related to kpop artists or any fandom). Some items donated included Dextrose powder, vitamin C, round bowls, plastic syringes, and food which were all for the animals, particularly for the dogs of Strays PH. A cupsleeve event was organized by BLACKPINK PH last August 21, 2022 at Wiltlover Cafe in Mandaluyong to celebrate BLACKPINK’s 6th anniversary and 2022 comeback with their pre-release single ’Pink Venom’.

On August 8, 2016, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa made their debut with their single album Square One. 

The fact that BLACKPINK turned 6 on August 8 makes this year’s debut anniversary more meaningful as they also made their much anticipated comeback with the pre-release single ‘Pink Venom’ last August 19, 2022. 

To celebrate BLACKPINK’s 6th anniversary and the release of Pink Venom, BLACKPINK Philippines organized a cupsleeve event last August 21, 2022 at Wiltlover Cafe, Mandaluyong.

For only Php 300.00, attendees get to enjoy a drink and a variety of inclusions such as cupsleeve, sticker sheet, photocard set, banner, and keychain; life size standees of Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa were also displayed in the venue.

Furthermore, there were two batches with a maximum of 30 attendees each batch to avoid being jam-packed. Batch 1 was for the BLACKPINK Philippines official members, whereas Batch 2 was opened to the public, still according to the allotted number of attendees per batch.

The event took place at Wiltlover Cafe — an instagram-worthy cafe with a cute and cozy concept, and their aesthetic interior is on the next level! However, Wiltlover Cafe is not only instagrammable, but they also serve delectable foods and drinks.

For the cupsleeve event, a variety of beverages and foods were offered and BLINKS have the privilege to choose from. For drinks, they can choose among Creamy Mango, Vanilla Sea Salt Latte, Cinderella Latte and Brown Sugar Oat. For food, they can choose from S'mores Cookie, Nutty Banana Loaf, Red Velvet Cookie and Chip Cookie.

Aside from the sumptuous beverages and foods served to all attendees, BLINKS enjoyed two games. The first game was charades, and the second one was a quiz bee with three sections: Recent BLACKPINK charts and goals; Pink Venom questions; and anniversary-related throwback questions. Following the fun games, there was a Kwentuhan portion where BLINKS shared their thoughts about the upcoming concert; gave tips, tricks, and advices from the past concert experiences that the admins and other attendees are aware of; a fan project fundraising; volunteers for the upcoming concert; and sharing their camping experiences during the ticket selling —  sharing of concert experiences and tips were immensely helpful for those who will be attending BLACKPINK’s concert for the first time this March 2022.

The fun and excitement continued after Kwentuhan because there were lots of surprises in store for all BLINKS who came to the event as there were giveaways and raffles.

Lucky BLINKs Tala by Kyla necklaces, where Tala by Kyla personally coordinated with BLACKPINK Philippines to introduce their latest collection, the Pink Venom Collection 1. A piece from Tala by Kyla’s old collection of BLACKPINK inspired necklaces was one of the prizes during the event. Born Pink albums were given away as well.

Following the Philippines being excluded from the “Light Up The Pink” campaign, Filo-BLINKS lit up significant areas in the country with PINK to celebrate BLACKPINK’s comeback.

On August 17, 2022, the world's biggest girl group announced a special campaign “Light Up the Pink”  ahead of their highly anticipated comeback after a long hiatus and solo activities.

The news regarding the “Light Up The Pink” campaign announcement was made on BLACKPINK and YG Entertainment’s respective social media pages, along with the dates and locations around the world to be lighted up with Pink ahead of BLACKPINK’s most anticipated comeback with their pre-release single ‘Pink Venom’. Unfortunately, the Philippines was not included in the campaign’s list of countries. It did not, however,  hinder Filo-BLINKS from losing hope! 

BLACKPINK Philippines initiated and organized a `Light Up The Pink’ campaign, which was announced on BLACKPINK Philippines’ Twitter. The campaign’s goal was to light up the Mall of Asia Globe in pink, and in less than an hour, BLACKPINK Philippines gained Php. 23,400.00. Due to Filo-BLINKS’ tremendous support for the ‘Light Up The Sky’ campaign, enough funds were collected to light up another landmark in the Philippines on the LED Billboard at Escario Central Mall, Cebu City.

The SM Mall of Asia Globe and Escario Central Mall LED Billboard were lit up with pink last August 19, 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.

Moreover, on the same day as Mall of Asia in Pasay City and Escario Mall in Cebu City were lit up in pink, BLACKPINK also released the “Pink Venom” music video, which garnered 90.4 million views after 24 hours, smashing yet another record. 

In celebration of BLACKPINK’s sixth anniversary, BLACKPINK Philippines, in collaboration with PAWSsion Project organized a donation drive for our community cats and dogs last August 12, 2022 at the Market! Market!, BGC.

A donation drive was announced last July 22, 2022 on BLACKPINK Philippines’ social media accounts —- The Pink Paw Print donation drive was organized by BLACKPINK Philippines and PAWSSion Project. This donation drive was to celebrate BLACKPINK’s sixth anniversary and to help our community cats and dogs at PAWSSion Project.

An onsite donation drive for The Pink Paw Print was held last August 12, 2022, from 10 AM - 4 PM at Market! Market! BGC, Taguig G/F near Main Entrance, alongside the ‘Adopt a FURfriend’ : A Pet Adoption Drive by PAWSsion Project.

BLINKS who donated had the chance to win official BLACKPINK merch; prizes vary on the amount donated. For every Php 50.00 donation, BLINKS had a chance to win 1 BLACKPINK ‘Kill This Love’ BLACK version, 1 BLACKPINK ‘Kill This Love’ PINK version, or 1 BLACKPINK ‘The Album’ version 1. Meanwhile, those who donated an amount of Php 100.00 had a chance to win one of the 2 BLACKPINK ‘Born Pink’ albums.

The fun and excitement, however, did not end there as there were also raffle prizes awaiting —- A Php 500.00 worth of Macao Imperial Gift Certificate was given to two lucky winners of the raffle; moreover, those who donated for ‘The Pink Paw Print’ donation drive received a set of stickers and a Born Pink inspired photocard.

The Pink Paw Print accumulated a total of Php 26,300.00, in which, Php 11, 350.00 was collected through online donations, Php 9,900.00 was collected during the offline donation, and Php 5,050.00 was donated by BLACKPINK Philippines.

BLACKPINK Philippines massively thank all BLINKs and the people behind the event for making this donation drive possible and successful. Your help and support enable us to donate and help our community cats and dogs through PAWSSion Project.

In April 10, 2022, BLACKPINK Philippines (BPPH) opened the application for their official membership.

With a membership fee of Php400.00, signing up for BLACKPINK Philippines makes the person a duly recognized member of the fanbase. 

Members of BPPH are given a membership kit. The membership kit consists of a Membership card, where the name of the member is imprinted along with their unique membership number.

Members of the fanbase are entitled to exclusive access to fun events, exciting rewards and discounts on various merchandise offered by the fanbase. These can be kept in track in the Member’s Passport, which is also included in the membership kit together with other inclusions.
